Walmart Whitestown, IN is seeking a Realty Regional General Maintenance Associate. Shift is Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm. You’ll assist with maintenance and repairs, keep facilities clean, and document work orders. Competitive hourly pay, full-time benefits, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• 1 year experience repairing/maintaining mechanical or electrical equipment in an industrial setting OR 2 years of vocational training.

Responsabilidades

• Assist maintenance technicians in repairing and maintaining equipment.
• Clean and maintain grounds, parking lots, fencing, and building facilities (e.g., bathrooms, plumbing).
• Complete work orders, logs, and other documents per procedures.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems with visible/obvious repair needs.
• Operate material handling, battery, and other powered equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment per procedures.

Assist other maintenance technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment
Clean and maintain grounds parking lots fencing and building facilities eg bathrooms plumbing
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally andor in writing eg customers suppliers associates
Complete work orders records logs and other written or computerbased documents according to established procedures
Troubleshoot basic problems with equipment where the repair is visible or obvious
Operate material handling equipment battery equipment moving machinery and other powered equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment eg lift trucks pneumatic systems material handling equipment hydraulic equipment dock equipment banana room equipment electronic and electrical equipment etc according to procedures
Maintenance Operations Maintains repairs and conducts preventative maintenance on DC equipment and building in safe and correct ways Repairs items in a timely manner and utilizes established repair policies and procedures Tells management about dirty and harmful working conditions and unsafe practices Tells management when tools and supplies required for performing repairs on DC equipment are unavailable or broken
Utilizes Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS to perform work eg record work history identify parts usage identify warranties in a timely and effective manner
