Position Summary...

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards. Your responsibilities include supervising hourly team members, handling escalations, and collaborating with store associates to keep projects on track. The role requires travel.

Additional Details:
  • Shift: Primarily overnight shifts, 10-12 hours.
  • Travel: Frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home; away 80% of the time, 17-21 days at a stretch. Support areas vary based on workload. Reimbursements and paid overnight stays provided; travel time is unpaid.
  • Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, OR 3 years of relevant experience.

All associates must complete required training programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business or related field.
  • One year of experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
