Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team, taking ownership of store remodels to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. The role involves travel, which is a key component of the job.

Responsibilities

1. Leading Others: Motivate your team to meet project deadlines, encourage collaboration, and resolve concerns among store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
2. Project Ownership: Manage the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicate plans and obstacles, and minimize operational impact.
3. Develop Associates: Provide supervision, mentorship, and development opportunities, recognize achievements, and help identify career paths.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field with 1 year of experience in project management, store design, or related areas, OR
• 3 years of experience in similar fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification.

Additional Information

Role involves primarily overnight shifts with 10-12 hours, frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home, and being away 80% of the time for 17-21 days at a stretch. Travel expenses are reimbursed, but travel time is unpaid. The salary range is $60,000 - $110,000 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), stock options, paid time off, and Walmart’s education benefit program.
