Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store associates to keep projects on track. The role involves travel as part of the job.

What you'll do

• Lead Others: Motivate your team to meet project timelines and deliverables. Promote collaboration and teamwork among associates. Address concerns from store leadership, suppliers, and staff.
• Project Ownership: Manage the execution of projects in assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders. Minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop Associates: Provide supervision, training, and development opportunities. Listen to team ideas and concerns. Evaluate talent, provide recognition, and help identify career paths.

Your Resume Will Stand Out With

• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, or cross-functional teams.

Additional Details

Shift: Primarily overnight, 10-12 hours.
Travel: Frequent, up to 1000 miles from home, 80% of the time, 17-21 days at a stretch. Travel area varies based on project needs. Mileage reimbursed; overnight stays paid. Travel time is unpaid.

Salary: $60,000 - $110,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and other benefits.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, store design, or related area, OR 3 years of relevant experience. Must attend and complete all required training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year leading cross-functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification.
