Join Walmart Supply Chain as a Process Engineer in Raymond, NH to improve how work gets done across our distribution network. In this early-career role, you'll apply engineering fundamentals, data, and problem-solving to identify efficiency opportunities and standardize best practices with operations leaders.

You’ll conduct time studies, map processes, analyze data with statistical tools (Minitab), and support automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years in engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and/or supply chain (intern/co-op preferred).
• Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with process mapping and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab).

You'll partner closely with operations leaders and senior engineers to turn insights into practical improvements that drive operational excellence at scale.

Walmart Supply Chain powers the flow of product from inbound to outbound, enabling stores and customers to get what they need-reliably and efficiently. Our team combines operational expertise with engineering and analytics to continuously improve safety, productivity, and service. This Process Engineer role helps translate frontline observations and performance data into process changes, standard work, and automation support that meaningfully impacts network performance.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring
