Position Summary...

What you'll do...

1. Provides Member service: Acknowledges Members, identifies their needs, assists with purchasing decisions, locates merchandise, resolves issues and concerns, and promotes the Company's products and services.
2. Operates hardware: Uses cash registers or related equipment to process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, following appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.
3. Provides Pharmacy products and services: Assists Members with processing prescriptions and OTC orders, stocks and secures pharmacy supplies, enters prescription information, and maintains related paperwork and documentation.
4. Stocking and organizing: Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area, maintains organization following company procedures, and completes necessary logs and documentation.
5. Work management: Completes assignments by using policies, data, resources; collaborates with team members and partners; identifies priorities, communicates progress, and suggests improvements; adapts to change and feedback.
6. Compliance: Follows company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans.
