Position Summary

Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services. Operates hardware such as cash registers, processes member purchases, and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to procedures. Assists with processing prescriptions and OTC orders, stocking pharmacy supplies, and maintaining documentation. Organizes and maintains the pharmacy area, collaborates with team members, and ensures compliance with policies and standards.

Compensation
