Position Summary

The Pharmacy Tech provides member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. They operate hardware such as cash registers, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. They process prescription and OTC orders, stock pharmacy supplies, enter prescription information, and maintain necessary documentation. They organize and maintain the pharmacy area following company procedures. They collaborate with managers and team members, prioritize tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
