Position Summary

This role involves providing Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.

What you'll do

• Operate hardware such as cash registers, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to procedures.
• Provide pharmacy products and services, including processing prescriptions and OTC orders, stocking supplies, and maintaining documentation.
• Stock and organize merchandise in the pharmacy area, following company procedures.
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with team members; identify priorities; communicate progress; and seek improvement opportunities.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
