This role involves providing Member service by acknowledging their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services. Responsibilities include operating hardware such as cash registers, processing member purchases, handling payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and assisting with Pharmacy products and services according to company policies. The role also encompasses stocking merchandise, maintaining the Pharmacy area, completing work assignments using policies and resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies, standards of ethics, and integrity.
