Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
- Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
- Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; executing tasks; communicating progress; suggesting improvements; and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services. Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity through action plans, open communication, and application of these principles in business practices.

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00*. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
Additional premiums may be paid from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, with multiple premiums applicable if criteria are met.
