Job description

Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Maintains Facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials correctly, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, ensuring order accuracy and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with team members and partners, prioritizing tasks, and communicating progress. Identifies improvements and adapts to changes effectively.

Provides excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting Company offerings. Ensures compliance with policies, standards of ethics, and integrity, fostering a culture of belonging and respect for individuals.

Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and accountability, supporting Walmart's culture, and making a positive impact for stakeholders.

Delivers results by prioritizing customer needs, making informed decisions, and considering the broader impact of work.

Strives for excellence through curiosity, learning, risk-taking, and resilience. Supports continuous improvement and adapts to new technologies and skills.
