Job description

Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Ensures Facility safety by adhering to all safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, following forklift and hazardous material handling protocols, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, selecting, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, and managing out-of-stock issues to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with team members, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to feedback and change.

Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting Company offerings.

Complies with policies and standards of ethics and integrity, embracing diversity, fostering a workplace of belonging, and building trust within the team.

Acts with integrity and accountability, supporting Walmart's culture and values, and making positive impacts for all stakeholders.

Delivers excellent customer service, makes informed decisions, and considers the impact on the team and company objectives.
