Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress; and seeking continuous improvement.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards, implementing related action plans, and fostering a culture of integrity and respect.

Wage Range
