Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Qualified candidates must have open availability 7 days per week.

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting membership goals.
• Maintain safety of Facility by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials, following steel standards, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, ensuring order accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with team members, setting priorities, communicating progress, identifying improvements, and adapting to change.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging, assisting, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, using the Open Door Policy and applying these in business practices.
