Position Summary...

What you'll do...

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; communicating progress; and suggesting improvements.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
6. Ensures compliance with policies and standards by implementing action plans, adhering to the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business practices.
7. Respects and supports individuals by embracing diversity, creating a supportive workplace, building trust, communicating positively, mentoring others, and recognizing contributions.
8. Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, modeling company values, and fostering accountability.

Compensation
