Position Summary

What you'll do:

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, and securing items, ensuring order accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers; identifying priorities; and adapting to change.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, embracing diversity, building trust, and acting with integrity.
• Serves customers by making decisions based on reliable information, balancing priorities, and considering team impact.
• Strives for excellence by learning, taking calculated risks, and supporting change.
