Position Summary:

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; executing tasks; communicating progress; recommending improvements; and adapting to change and feedback.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services. Complies with policies, procedures, and ethics standards, implementing action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and applying these principles in daily operations.

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00, with actual pay meeting or exceeding minimum wage laws. Additional premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, location, season, or work performed, with multiple premiums possible.
