Position Summary...

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Ensures facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock issues.

Completes work assignments by using policies and resources, collaborating with team members, setting priorities, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Provides excellent Member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Adheres to company policies and standards of ethics, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork, and supporting Walmart’s values and sustainability goals.

Delivers results with a customer-first approach, makes informed decisions, and supports continuous improvement and adaptability.
