Job description

Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

Ensures Facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials correctly, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock issues to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments by prioritizing tasks based on policies, data, and resources, collaborating with team members, and seeking continuous improvement opportunities.

Provides Member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services, while adhering to company policies and fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence.

Supports our customers and members by delivering results, making informed decisions, and embracing continuous learning and technological advancements.
