Job description

Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet Membership goals.

Maintains facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders accurately, securing merchandise until Members arrive, and managing out-of-stock issues.

Completes work assignments efficiently, collaborates with team members, and communicates progress and improvements.

Provides excellent Member service by assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Adheres to company policies, demonstrates respect, integrity, and acts in the best interest of the company and its stakeholders.

Delivers results with a customer-first approach, seeks continuous improvement, and supports change and innovation.
