Job description

Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet Membership goals.

Ensures Facility safety by following all standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, ensuring accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Completes work assignments by utilizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with team members, and identifying priorities and improvement opportunities.

Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethics, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork, and supports Walmart's goal of positive impact and sustainability.

Delivers results with a customer-first approach, makes informed decisions, and encourages continuous learning and adaptation.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00, with actual wages depending on location and additional premiums may apply.
