Position Summary

The role involves supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting company products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet membership goals.

It also includes maintaining facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe conditions.

The position requires fulfilling Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders accurately, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and managing out-of-stock merchandise.

Additional responsibilities involve completing work assignments efficiently, collaborating with team members, managing priorities, and providing excellent member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
