Position Summary...

What you'll do...

1. Fulfill Member's Curbside orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
2. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; recommending improvements; and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback.
3. Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business practices.
4. Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and striving to meet Membership goals.
5. Maintain Facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.

Compensation

The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00*, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage for the location. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
