Walmart is seeking a dedicated Membership Support Associate to enhance customer experience by providing information on Membership benefits and ensuring safety standards. The role involves fulfilling orders, assisting Members, and promoting products. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, adhering to Company steel standards, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners, identifying priorities and deadlines, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback.
Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business practices.
Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating an inclusive workplace, and fostering opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform. Builds strong, trusting relationships, communicates positively, and motivates others. Recognizes contributions and helps develop and mentor team members.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00, with actual wages meeting or exceeding minimum legal requirements. Additional premiums may apply based on specific circumstances.
