Position Summary...
What you'll do...
- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
- Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, adhering to Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
- Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
- Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress; and suggests improvements.
- Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, applying action plans and the Open Door Policy in business practices.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace, and fostering a culture of belonging.
- Works as a team, builds relationships, communicates positively, and helps develop and mentor others.

Compensation
The hourly wage range is $17.00 to $24.00, with actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage. Additional premiums may apply based on specific circumstances.
