Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials correctly, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and information; suggest improvements; adapt to change and feedback.
5. Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans and fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence.
