Position Summary:

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and meeting Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
• Completes work assignments by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, communicating progress, and adapting to change.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Adheres to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, supporting a culture of belonging and respect.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities such as respect, integrity, service orientation, and striving for excellence.
