Position Summary

What you'll do...

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by utilizing policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities; communicating progress; recommending improvements; and adapting to change and feedback.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and ethics by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business practices.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed local minimum wages. Additional premiums may be paid in specific circumstances, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.
