Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, and adapting to change and feedback.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
6. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.
7. Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating a workplace of belonging, and supporting all associates.
8. Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics, modeling Walmart values, and supporting a positive culture.
