Position Summary

Supports Membership development by providing information on benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and working towards Membership goals.

What you'll do

1. Maintain facility safety by adhering to all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
2. Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders accurately, ensuring proper handling, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
3. Complete work assignments efficiently by collaborating with team members, prioritizing tasks, communicating progress, and suggesting improvements.
4. Provide excellent Member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
5. Follow company policies and uphold high standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability.
6. Act with integrity, self-awareness, honesty, and transparency, supporting Walmart's values and sustainability goals.
7. Deliver results with a customer-first approach, making informed decisions, and balancing priorities.
