Position Summary

Supports Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting company products and services, processing upgrades, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.

Maintains facility safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift and hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and securing items, ensuring order accuracy and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.

Completes work assignments by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, and identifying improvement opportunities.

Provides excellent Member service by assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.

Adheres to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of respect, trust, and accountability.

Delivers results with a customer-first approach, making informed decisions, and continuously seeking improvements.
