Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
2. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
3. Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
4. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; manages priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress; identifies improvement opportunities; and adapts to change.
5. Provides Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
6. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans and applying the Open Door Policy.
7. Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace, and fostering a culture of belonging.
8. Acts with integrity, maintaining high standards of ethics, modeling company values, and supporting a positive culture.
9. Serves customers and Members by delivering results and putting their needs first.
