What you'll do:...

• Assist management with supervision of associates, assign duties, communicate goals and feedback, train associates, ensure member service quality, and support safety and operational procedures.
• Support the ecommerce plan by overseeing operations, auditing feedback, resolving customer issues, and supporting team performance.
• Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, ensure compliance, and lead team activities.
• Provide excellent member service, maintain sales floor standards, and oversee order staging and fulfillment.
• Lead and participate in team projects, promote ethical standards, and support a positive work environment.
