Developing associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing contributions is also essential. The role emphasizes building strong relationships, promoting diversity and inclusion, acting with integrity, delivering results focused on customer needs, and driving continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications...

Requires 2 years of college; or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; or 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check and Firearms Authorized Training is required. Candidates must attend and complete all required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications...

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, and experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
