Position Summary

What you'll do...

1. Provide Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
2. Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, and organizing displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately, and securing fragile and high-shrink items.
3. Maintain the Sales Floor in the Optical area according to company policies, handling claims and returns, zoning, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
4. Receive and stock merchandise in the Optical area, organize and maintain it, following procedures, using equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing documentation.
5. Operate hardware such as cash registers, process purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges, using proper procedures for different membership and payment types.
6. Selling Optical products and services by assisting members with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, repairing frames and lenses, completing eyewear/contact lens orders, verifying prescriptions, and handling paperwork.
7. Respect the individual by embracing differences, creating a culture of belonging, and supporting all associates to thrive.
