Position Details

This role offers a base pay range of $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Additional compensation may include premiums based on specific circumstances.

Responsibilities

1. Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
2. Maintain merchandise presentation through stocking, setup, cleaning, organizing, and securing high-shrink items.
3. Manage the Optical sales floor, handle claims and returns, organize merchandise, and identify shrink and damages.
4. Receive and stock Optical merchandise, maintain the Optical area following company procedures, and complete necessary documentation.
5. Operate hardware such as cash registers, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
6. Sell Optical products and services, assist Members with eyewear fitting, repairs, contact lens orders, and complete all related documentation.
