Position Summary

What you'll do...

• Provide Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, setting up, cleaning, organizing displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately, and securing fragile and high-shrink items.
• Maintain the Optical sales floor according to company policies, handling claims, organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
• Receive and stock merchandise in the Optical area, organize and maintain the space following procedures, using equipment properly, merchandising, and completing documentation.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers, process purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to procedures.
• Sell Optical products and services by helping members with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, repairing frames and lenses, completing eyewear/contact lens orders, verifying prescriptions, and managing paperwork.
