Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Position Summary

Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services.

What you'll do

1. Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately, and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
2. Maintain the Sales Floor in Optical area in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
3. Receive and stock merchandise in the Optical area, and organize and maintain the Optical area by following Company procedures, utilizing equipment appropriately, merchandising, and completing paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
4. Operate hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, process member purchases, and assist in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types.
5. Sell Optical products and services by assisting Members with purchasing decisions, measuring, adjusting, and repairing frames and lenses, completing eyewear/contact lens orders, verifying prescription information, completing and maintaining paperwork, and performing optometric pre-tests.
6. Provide excellent Member service, promoting the company's products and services, and resolving any issues or concerns efficiently.

Additional Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.50 to $27.50. Additional premiums may be paid depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
