Position Summary

Manages the development and improvement of operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements. Develops requirements, provides solutions for complex problems spanning multiple businesses, functions, and timeframes, and partners cross-functionally with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups to drive projects.

What you'll do

1. Manage work streams for the operations organization, design project plans, lead associates, facilitate stakeholder meetings, analyze and implement project initiatives, recommend operational processes, develop and manage project requests and timelines, and communicate project status.
2. Provide decision support by analyzing data, conducting initiative analyses, translating data into recommendations, and collaborating with teams to develop processes and strategies.
3. Supervise and manage associates and leaders, give direction, monitor performance, provide feedback, and support training and development.
4. Identify and track export shipment data, review statistical data, maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure regulatory compliance.
5. Train export associates on shipment processes, documentation, and compliance, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
6. Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing action plans, providing advice, and supporting business solutions through relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
7. Model compliance with company policies and support company mission, values, and ethics, fostering a culture of belonging and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Financial Management, Logistics, or related field and 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance, or related area OR 3 years of experience in these fields.

Preferred Qualifications

Supervising associates, Master's in Business or Supply Chain preferred.
