Base pay range

$84,000.00/yr - $126,000.00/yr

Position Summary

Manage and oversee daily operations on the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, inventory management, and team performance. Drive operational excellence by implementing business plans, monitoring compliance, and fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field; 1+ years in operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment supervising teams or 3+ years in similar roles. Successful completion of required training programs.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, P&L management, and workforce management. Relevant degrees include Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, or Operations Management.
