Position Summary...

Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing staff, and driving operational improvements to meet facility goals.

What you'll do...

1. Communicate effectively with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and team members.
2. Develop and execute business plans to achieve production, quality, and safety objectives, while implementing operational improvements.
3. Forecast staffing needs, workload, and performance results to meet business demands.
4. Analyze business reports to identify operational improvements in production, quality, and safety.
5. Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards by developing and maintaining procedures and documentation.
6. Resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using judgment and collaboration when necessary.
7. Supervise and manage staff, provide feedback, identify training needs, and participate in hiring, promotions, coaching, and evaluations.

The annual salary range is $84,000 - $126,000, with potential bonuses and additional compensation such as regional pay zones and stock options.

Minimum Qualifications...

Required minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field, plus 1 year of supervisory experience in operations/distribution/retail, or
• 1 year experience as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager, or
• 3 years of supervisory experience in operations/distribution/retail.

All associates must complete required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications...

Preferred qualifications include expertise in financial modeling, workforce management, forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, and supervisory experience. Relevant degrees include Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, or Operations Management.
