Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field, plus 1 year of supervisory experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or retail, or 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in similar environments. Alternatively, 1 year as a Walmart Logistics Area Manager.

• Successful completion of all required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial modeling, workforce management, budget execution, and P&L accountability. Education in finance or operations management is a plus.
