Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
Assists management with supervising associates, including assigning duties, communicating goals, training, providing guidance, ensuring compliance, supporting recruiting and hiring, and evaluating performance.
Receives and stocks supplies, maintains the sales floor, ensures safety, manages merchandise presentation, oversees order picking, and develops processes to meet business needs.
Demonstrates compliance with policies, supports ethical standards, leads team efforts, and fosters a culture of respect and integrity.
Delivers excellent customer service, strives for continuous improvement, and supports company initiatives like Live Better U educational programs.
Must be 18 years or older. Minimum 6 months of retail experience and 6 months of customer service experience.
Experience leading or supervising teams, including hiring, mentoring, and managing workloads.
