A leading retail company is seeking a member service supervisor at its Sam's Club location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to members, supervising associates, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; and promoting the company's products and services.
Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training, providing guidance on service approaches, ensuring policy compliance, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in HR functions like recruiting and evaluations.
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes the sales floor, and maintains safety and cleanliness according to company policies, including handling hazardous materials and safety reports.
Maintains merchandise presentation, handles claims and returns, ensures product quality, and oversees order staging according to policies.
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with team members, and promotes compliance with company policies and ethics.
Leads and participates in team activities, managing resources effectively, and adapting to change or challenges.
At Sam's Club, we offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, education benefits, and more. The hourly wage range is $20.00 to $28.00, with potential premiums for specific circumstances.
Must be 18 years or older, with at least 6 months of retail and customer service experience.
Experience leading a team, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
