Position Summary

What you’ll do includes providing member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services. You will assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes and procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include receiving and stocking supplies, maintaining the sales floor, ensuring safety, managing merchandise presentation, monitoring quality, overseeing picking and staging of orders, developing and communicating processes, promoting compliance with ethics, leading teams, and supporting change initiatives.

Hourly Wage Range

• The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*.

Minimum Wage

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
