Position Summary

This role involves assisting management with supervising associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals, training, and providing guidance on member service techniques to ensure issues are resolved according to company guidelines. The position also supports recruitment, scheduling, promotion, coaching, and evaluation of staff.

Responsibilities include supporting membership initiatives, processing memberships and upgrades, promoting products and services, providing member assistance, managing merchandise and area organization, handling claims and returns, maintaining financial records, developing business processes, ensuring policy compliance, leading team efforts, and participating in marketing activities.
