Position Summary
Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, providing guidance on member service, ensuring policy compliance, supporting recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating staff.
Member Engagement
Supports membership by providing information on membership types, processing memberships, encouraging renewals, participating in sales and marketing events, and promoting product value.
Member Service
Provides member assistance, locates merchandise, supports self-service technology, and manages transactions and club pick-up orders.
Area Oversight
Handles claims and returns, organizes merchandise, manages carts, assists members with transporting items, and maintains cleanliness.
Financial Responsibilities
Prepares documentation, manages funds, creates financial reports, assists in investigations, and maintains confidentiality.
Process Improvement
Collaborates to develop and implement processes, monitors progress, and addresses improvement opportunities.
Compliance and Ethics
Promotes adherence to policies, explains standards, and assists in correcting issues.
Team Leadership
Leads and participates in teams, coordinates work, provides feedback, and models adaptability.

Minimum Qualifications
6 months retail experience with front-end equipment operation and customer service; must be 18 or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading a front-end team, supervising, hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.
