Job description

Position Summary

Assists management with the supervision of associates, assigning duties and communicating goals and feedback. Provides training on processes and procedures, mentors associates, and ensures member complaints are resolved in accordance with company guidelines. Supports the Open Door Policy, participates in recruiting, hiring, hiring scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates. Communicates and supports membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, encouraging renewals, and participating in sales and marketing events. Provides exceptional member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing guidance on self‑service technology, and ensuring club pick‑up orders are filled. Oversees the physical area, handles claims and returns, organizes merchandise, monitors shrink and damages, and maintains parking lot cleanliness. Completes accounting records and daily deposits, investigates overages and shortages, and maintains confidentiality of financial information. Develops, communicates, and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with managers and stakeholders, and promotes compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Leads and participates in team efforts, addresses improvement opportunities, and supports a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
