Position Overview

Walmart's Asset Protection team in Supply Chain is looking for a Manager 1, Asset Protection & EHS. You will leverage your expertise to safeguard our associates and assets, ensure compliance, and drive loss prevention initiatives across our supply chain network.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure data quality and create dashboards using visualization tools for stakeholders and leadership.
2. Develop business cases with projected returns on investment or cost savings.
3. Operate tools for evaluating pollution and ensure environmental compliance.
4. Investigate security breaches, thefts, and vandalism, and maintain records.
5. Coordinate regulatory visits, prepare audit reports, and improve processes.
6. Design and train on emergency evacuation plans, ensuring OSHA compliance.
7. Engage with team members to communicate effectively and drive solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of data analytics, visualization tools, and technology trends.
• Experience in business case development and problem-solving.
• Understanding of environmental policies and compliance.
• Proficiency in asset protection policies and loss prevention.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety planning.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's in Occupational Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related, plus 1 year EHS experience in Supply Chain or related fields.

Option 2: 3 years' EHS experience in Supply Chain or related fields. Additionally, 2 years in Continuous Improvement methodologies like TPM, WCM, Lean Six Sigma.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as ASP, CSP, CIH, or other safety-related credentials, proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
